Primal movement is a practice Lloyd has been studying and practicing for the last 5 years. He incorporates this method in many of his bodywork sessions as a way for clients to integrate the work done on table.
Based in observation of nature and human movement. The aim of primal movement is to reground the nervous system, restore fluid movement and reduce aches and pains as a result.
Lloyd will be offering Primal movement each morning on the beautiful yoga deck. It's a great way to open up the day and prime the body for activities. The classes will be accessible to all levels of fitness and mobility.
Anyone who attends retreat will also receive access to Lloyd's online library to use at home.
